I was born and raised in the eastern metro Atlanta area, and have lived here all my life.  My work experiences include jobs in the construction industry as well as a 27-year career with United Parcel Service.  At UPS, I worked as loader, driver, industrial engineering supervisor and an operations supervisor and manager.  I retired early from UPS so that I could spend more time with my family and explore other opportunities.

My appraisal turn-around times are generally 24 - 48 hours from the time of inspection.  My prices are based on the complexity of the assignment and, based on recent research, are very competitive with other appraisal companies.  The difference is in the quality of the work.  I think you will agree.  I currently hold a Certfied Residential Appriaser license in the state of Georgia. License number 279641.  I am also FHA approved.  You may find me listed as James McDaniel or James Alan McDaniel in some searches and data bases.
